In short, since you can view the stream at the player.html page it’s most likely a networking issue that is not at all your fault. One other test you can do is to run another Livepeer node, on a second machine or even on the same machine, and to request you stream by manifestID in the livepeer_cli. If it works, you successfully passed video p2p through the network…but unfortunately some networking issue is preventing it from getting to our gateway on media.livepeer.org.
