# What is the minimum ETH deposit for broadcasting?

What is the minimum amount of ETH **deposit** and **reserve** that is required to use livepeer? I have 0.01 deposit and 0.18 reserve, all I am getting is “insufficient sender reserve” errors on the mainnet. I’m willing to make an investment, but I’ve noticed there is a costly conversion to deposit, and so far I’ve been “wasting” it with small deposits and getting nowhere. I’m very excited about livepeer, would really appreciate some help to get this working.
I just get a lot of no sessions available, and transcoding does not occur.

Hi @elitmik thanks for this question, and sorry you didn’t get any responses until now.
AFAIK, you need to have enough deposited to cover for the (incredibly unlikely) possibility that all 100 Orchestrators receive a winning Probabilistic Micropayment ticket from you at the same time. So, given that a ticket’s face value currently runs around 0.18 ETH, this equates to 18 ETH.
