I built a demo rig, and getting pretty good performance out of it (currently at 25fps, but pretty sure it can be improved to over 30fps with a little software optimization). Sharing the spec here for prosperity.

Other Interesting Builds to Consider:
- 1L Lenovo Build – The smallest build I found. Runs Stable Diffusion 1.5 in real-time at 15 FPS. Impressively compact but limited in upgradability.
- 5L Complex Build – A high-performance, water-cooled setup that connects to an external RTX 4090, currently hitting ~20 FPS. Offers serious power but comes with added complexity.
- 11L Nanoq S Build – Larger, but makes fitting an RTX 4090 significantly easier, balancing power and practicality.
Alternatively, we could just get a gaming laptop—less exciting, but the most straightforward option in terms of portability and ease of use. Or spinup a regulional GPU in the cloud.
