Summary:
This is our first Delegator UX Analysis update, which marks the completion of all Milestone 1 deliverables. The focus of Milestone 1 was to confirm the research plan, benchmark set, comparison dimensions, and access assumptions. This includes confirming which centralized exchanges and decentralized staking products will be analyzed, what scenarios will be measured, and how findings will be captured.
Completed Deliverables:
- Validate teardown methodology
- Finalize teardown exchange list
- Confirm teardown access constraints
- Decide specific scenario for each exchange in teardown set
- Finalize competitive teardown comparison matrix
- Research agentic delegation UX
