Summary:
This update marks the completion of all Milestone 2 deliverables. The focus of Milestone 2 was the Competitive Teardown, which included a Figma breakdown of all relevant user journeys of the centralized and decentralized exchanges we focused on, a Comparison Matrix for the same thing, a Concrete Explorer Case Study (focused on going to $100 in fiat to delegated LPT), and a Gap Specification derived from the preceding items.
This milestone comprises the bulk of the work for this RFP.
