I’m having an issue with clips created via the Livepeer API.
Our live stream works correctly, and the clip request successfully returns an asset ID, but some assets never appear to become available for download. Our application polls the asset status waiting for the download URL.

When I open this asset in Livepeer Studio, the Events Log also doesn’t appear to be working. I see the error “Internal error processing file”.
Are there any known issues or limits around clip/asset processing that could cause this? Or is there something wrong with this particular asset?
