Timed metadata support?

Is there any support for timed metada in the media server ingest?

I’m looking for something similar to what AWS IVS has? Embedding Metadata within a Video Stream - Amazon Interactive Video Service

This is very useful to sync the applications user interface to the video streams, as we can get latency of over > 20s and each user with a diferente latency.
