How do I ask a delegate to claim unclaimed earnings?

Might I ask why you want them to do so? It’s purely an accounting transaction, and doesn’t actually effect their rewards or your rewards, as the unclaimed earnings continue to compound as active stake.
One update coming will allow active nodes to optionally associate public profile data, identities, and contact information (all optional). And if they chose to do so, you may have a more direct way of contacting them directly. Many have posted campaigns here in the forum.
