As GovWorks’s first term nears its conclusion in July 2025, we’d like to take the opportunity to share a comprehensive report of our activity during this period. This summary includes governance impact, budget allocation, community engagement, and the progress made toward a more accountable and collaborative Livepeer ecosystem.
Governance Operations Summary
GovWorks was created to support the Livepeer Treasury’s Special Purpose Entities (SPEs) with operational coordination, contributor onboarding, and transparency. Since our appointment, we have focused on:

15 SPE Proposals Approved during GovWorks term (Since October 2024) out of a total of 19 Proposals submitted.

What’s Next
As we approach the next phase, GovWorks will:

Continue as the central coordination point between contributors, SPEs, and the Livepeer Foundation

Focus on enhancing SPE accountability, operational alignment, and inter-SPE coordination
