This first month focused on table-setting, bug fixing, merging/closing old PRs, and Delegator UX instrumentation, which together completes 63% of Milestone 1.
Table-setting
Bug Fixes & Old PRs
- Sanitize with rehype-sanitize, fixing double-escaped markdown
- Stop fetching arbitrary hosts for ens avatars
- WalletConnect causes Explorer to crash
- Security: profile page renders unsanitized ENS-supplied URL
- Boost Lighthouse Performance
- Refactor: improve governance participation logic
UX Instrumentation
The idea for delegator UX instrumentation originated from work performed as part of the Delegator UX Analysis RFP. In order to set a baseline for improvements that are planned to be implemented in Milestone 4 of this SPE, it was proposed to use Vercel events to track privacy-preserving delegator behavior, particularly when it came to conversion rates.

Upcoming Work
October’s work will focus on completing Milestone 1 tickets, working through high and medium-priority bugs in Milestone 2, clearing out all PRs opened before August, and potentially starting Milestone 3, which implements Livepeer 2.0 features.
