October - Status Update
The Transformation SPE has been established and is already advancing towards the completion of key deliverables, including proposals around capital management, Devconnect builder activations, and further alignment around coordinating development activity.
November will be a major month for seeing a lot of this work become visible.

Budget
The Transformation SPE is currently being capitalized to cover incurred expenses. Due to the change in LPT price from the time of the proposal, we have made adjustments to stay within budget (deliverables are unaffected). We will provide a full accounting in the next update.

RFP — Explorer Maintenance — Update #1

Summary:
This is our first Explorer Maintenance update, which marks the completion of all Milestone 1 deliverables. The focus of Milestone 1 was on a code audit, core package upgrades, and resolving the most critical bugs.
Completed Deliverables:
- Milestone 1
- Code audits
- Remove unused or duplicate code.
- Delineate and resolve critical bugs.
- Upgrade runtime to Node v22.
- Upgrade other dependencies if runtime upgrades or security vulnerabilities demand it.
- Add retry logic and fail-safes for reliable data normalization.
- Issues and features 4-month roadmap.
ETA for Next Update: Dec 19
Deliverables planned to be completed by next update:
- Milestone 2
- Continue to less critical bug fixes.
- Implement stricter linting, Husky pre-commit checks, and CI pipelines with new unit & integration tests.
- Optimize data queries and frontend rendering for improved load times.
- Migrate core data fetching from RPCs to The Graph subgraph.
- Ensure compatibility with existing UI and new infra.
